1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by Commoncentss LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services
Commoncentss provides digital marketing and client acquisition services including Meta ad management, funnel development, CRM setup, and automated follow-up systems for med spas and aesthetic clinics.

3. SMS Program
Commoncentss operates an SMS messaging program to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages to prospects who have booked a discovery call. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving SMS messages from Commoncentss at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

5. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or opt in to receive SMS communications from Commoncentss.

7. Payment Terms
Services are provided on a monthly retainer basis as outlined in your signed Marketing Services Agreement. Early termination fees may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability
Commoncentss does not guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the most recent billing period. Carriers are not responsible for undelivered messages.

9. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy is available at commoncentss.com/privacy-policy and explains how we collect and use your information.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
